Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GOATS 7v7 website at goats7v7.com and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

GOATS 7v7 provides a platform for managing youth 7-on-7 football programs in Northern Colorado, including player registration, team management, scheduling, payment processing, and communication tools for players, parents, and coaches.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Registration and Payments

Player registration and associated fees are subject to the following:

  • Registration fees are outlined during the registration process and are due at the time specified
  • Payment plans may be available at the discretion of GOATS 7v7
  • Refund policies will be communicated during registration and may vary by season
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

SMS and Email Communications

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from GOATS 7v7 including:

  • Practice and game schedule notifications
  • Schedule changes and cancellations
  • Program announcements and updates
  • Payment reminders

SMS Terms:

  • Message frequency varies based on team schedule and activity
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out of SMS notifications at any time
  • Reply HELP for assistance
  • SMS is not required to participate in the program

Code of Conduct

All users of the Service, including players, parents, and guardians, agree to:

  • Treat all participants, coaches, officials, and staff with respect
  • Use the messaging and communication features appropriately
  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Follow all program rules and guidelines as communicated by coaches and staff

Assumption of Risk

Participation in 7-on-7 football involves inherent physical risks. By registering a player, parents and guardians acknowledge these risks and agree to the liability waivers presented during the registration process. GOATS 7v7 takes reasonable precautions to ensure player safety but cannot guarantee against all injuries.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GOATS 7v7 website, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of GOATS 7v7 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GOATS 7v7 provides this Service on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct. Users may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms
