Why Yard Goats?

The Yard Goats are more than just a team—we’re a family. Last season, we finished 8th in the country at the national tournament, and this year we’re aiming even higher. What to Expect at Tryouts

We’re looking for athletes who are serious about improving their game and competing at a high level. Whether you’re a quarterback, receiver, linebacker, or DB, come ready to show off your skills.

Here’s what we’ll be looking for:

• Position Work: Drills that focus on the fundamentals. We want to see your technique, footwork, and ability to execute.
• Live Action: You’ll compete in live 7v7 reps to show how you perform when the lights are on.
• Football Smarts: It’s not just about athleticism. We’re looking for players who understand the game and can adapt quickly.
• Effort and Attitude: Talent only gets you so far. We want players who give maximum effort on every rep and bring the right mindset to the field.
